Welcome to Fruit of The Spirit Marriage & Family Therapy Inc.! I understand that living with an eating disorder and/or mental illness can feel isolating and overwhelming. It is a journey that requires compassion, patience, and the right support, and I'm here to walk that path with you.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and self-discovery can begin. Our therapy sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you're dealing with an eating disorder, negative body image, depression, anxiety, life-transition, relationship/family issue, and/or trauma. Together, we will work to understand the root causes of your struggles, work to develop healthy coping skills, and build a life where you can feel empowered, confident, and at peace with your relationship to food and body image. Amber has been practicing therapy for 20 years, in which she has served as a Primary Therapist, Program Director, and Clinical Director at various Eating Disorder Facilities throughout Southern and Northern CA. Amber has also worked in group private practice settings catering to various populations, Ages 18yrs-65+

Amber utilizes a Psycho-Dynamic/Object Relations Approach that incorporates DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral therapy), CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy), and Family Systems to promote true healing within the individual.
